General Provisions
- This privacy policy defines how the personal data of Users necessary for the provision of electronic services through the translandtsl.com website (hereinafter: the Service) are collected, processed, and stored.
- The Service collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered within it.
- Personal data collected through the Service are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR), as well as the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

Purpose of Personal Data Collection
- Personal data are used for the purpose of:
– Contractual performance of services and e-services,
– Communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.),
– Sending newsletters (after obtaining the User’s consent),
– Managing the comment system,
– Providing social services,
– Promoting the Administrator’s offer,
– Marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
– Personalizing the Service for Users,
– Analytical and statistical activities,
– Establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them.
- Providing data is voluntary but necessary for entering into an agreement or using other functionalities of the Service.
- Types of Processed Personal Data
The Administrator may process the User’s personal data, including name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, and tax identification number (NIP).
- Data Retention Period
User’s personal data will be processed for the period:
– when the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract – until the expiration of claims after its performance,
– when the basis for data processing is consent – until it is withdrawn, and after consent is withdrawn, until the expiration of claims.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business activities – 3 years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).
Data Sharing
User’s personal data may be disclosed to: entities related to the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, such as e-payment service providers, courier/postal service companies, law firms.
User’s personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
User Rights
- The Service User has the right to: access their personal data, correct, delete, restrict processing, transfer, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

- The Administrator shall fulfill or refuse to fulfill the request without undue delay, but no later than within one month of its receipt.
- The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).

- The Service collects information using cookies – session, persistent, and third-party cookies.
- The collection of cookies supports the correct provision of services on the Service and serves statistical purposes.
- The User can specify the scope of cookie access to their device in the browser settings.
Automated Decision Making and Profiling
User data cannot be processed in an automated manner that would lead to any decisions affecting them.
User data may be profiled for the purpose of customizing content and personalizing offers after obtaining their consent.
Final Provisions
The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, with no limitation to User rights.
Notification of any introduced changes will appear in the form of a message available on the Service. In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law apply.

Z O.O. in Chorzów, at 162e Katowicka Street, and you have the right to access, correct, request the deletion of your data, and fulfill other requests in accordance with Articles 12-22 of the GDPR.
- If you do not agree to the processing of your personal data, please do not complete the FORM.
- If you wish to withdraw your consent given through the submission of the FORM, please send an email to chorzów@translandtsl.com with information about the withdrawal of your consent.
- We do not respond to inquiries without providing your first name, last name, contact phone number, or email address.
